I’m a connector at heart. When I think about the similarities with how I do life and work, the common thread is this, my approach to life – of looking at the entire system and finding the connection points (people, process, tools), their relationships - both realized and undiscovered, removing blockers, creating seamless flow and feedback throughout all of the parts, and resulting in healthy, thriving and functioning ecosystems.
This makes what I do that much more impactful and effective, as it is not singular-minded in its approach when coming up with solutions to get the work done. In pursuit of my own growth and healing, I have become clear on my purpose in and outside of work.
